Happy help needed re KTFU-IF friend

So my DH's only cousin (almost like a sister to him) just announced her pg after 3 years of trying and multiple IVF. She is already 12w. I am crying happy tears for her here at my desk. I heard about it secondhand so not directly from her.

I have something I really want to give her and I wanted to know if you ladies had any problem with it:

Last fall DH's family threw me a baby shower, which she attended despite (I heard later) just having a failed IVF. She was gracious and lovely and amazing, and was talking hopefully about adoption. There is a picture of her, me, and my SIL on the couch. SIL has her baby in her lap, I've got a huge baby belly, and cousin is sitting next to us. I want to give her the pic and write on it "[SIL]'s baby is in her lap, [busygal]'s baby is in her belly, and [cousin]'s baby is in her heart."

I know it was super hard for her to be there with us but I am just bursting with joy for her now. I know it's wrong to say to someone with IF that they'll get their baby someday but I want her to know that I have been thinking of her as a mom all this time.

Oh and PS, congratulate me for thinking to put this on SAIF and not IF...I almost didn't think of it...

I think it's very thoughful and knowing where she is and the journey she had to take to get there, I think it's very appropriate. If I got a gift like that, I'd be touched.

I would write this in the card.
