Need a toddler friendly sweet potato recipe

For some reason, she won't eat sweet potatoes if I serve them like a regular baked potato.  Other suggestions?  She loved them as babyfood Huh?

  • Make them just like mashed potatoes or cut them into fries and bake them.

  • I boil them and just cut them into cubes.
  • Sweet potato fries with cinnamon. Or mashed candied sweet potatoes. Mmmmm
  • I do fries or little cubes - just put them in a ziplock bag and toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and some parm cheese (optional), then bake it on a cookie sheet til done or crisp depending on what you want. DD LOVES them!

  • Sweet potato fries!
  • We like fries a lot. Sometimes I put them in the microwave and then cut into little cubes or mix like mashed potatoes and make into a little pancake. Put in a fry pan for 10 minutes. Yum!

  • Sweet potato fries! Just cut them in rounds if you find that easier, it works too. Then put down foil in your baking pan, spray with Pam, sprinkle the sweet potatoes with salt and pepper and bake them. Easy, healthy and very toddler friendly. Be sure to flip them mid way through baking.
