NBR: DH's job...

I just posted a poll on Gp - if you could take a few moments to hlep me out, I would greatly appreciate it.

Backstory: DH works at a federal bank, and is unhappy. He doesn't believe in the message that he's trying to sell to his clients, and thinks that it's immoral to lead these business owners down the path of borrowing from the bank that he works for. It was dertermined yesterday by his VP, that they are going to get the ball rolling with HR for DH to leave the bank.

Now how do I help him through this? There's a poll on GP
