Exercise, a cup of tea, a nap, drawing, a warm bath, window shopping, playing the piano, cleaning the house (I don't think the actual cleaning helps me destress, but the feeling of a clean house is wonderful)...

I do find it de-stressing to do some sort of craft or creative thing- IF I'm not on a time line, otherwise it stresses me out. You know, to set up a table at night and just kind of forget about everything and focus on making, like, a felt Advent calender, for example.
I have found that if I am really stressed out I need to do 2 things. First, get everything done that has to be done. Second, go out sans baby and/or husband and do something fun like see a movie, get a pedicure, or of course, wine!
I can't give you any great ideas since I am overwhelmed with stress right now and nothing seems to be helping me. So, just want to say good luck and I hope you find something that helps!
Something alone... I'm a total loaner when it comes to de-stressing. Working on a project, gardening, a long walk. Or the list maker in me I love to make a to do list then start crossing things off as I complete them!
What really does it for me is going out alone. It doesn't really matter where but usually I end up browsing a bookstore and sipping coffee or sipping coffee at Starbucks and reading/writing.
Re: How do you relieve stress ??
Ugh, you know me- wine and exercise, same as you.

I read. But then after, the stuff's not done and I'm stressed again
Just wanted to pop in and say holy cow, 19 weeks!!!!
I have a variety of things I do to relieve stress:
-take a shower
-exercising
-take a nap (I know this may not be possible with the LO)
-go out and do something. Even if it is walking.
-Cooking and baking. I seem to be calmer when I make a homemade meal or dessert.
