I think Sam is trying to put us in the poor house in formula costs! We are debating switching to generic because our Ped recommended to stick with the brand name so I am conducting this scientific (hehe!) poll to see what KC girls feed their babes!
We have stuck with Enfamil Lipil. We have found that Babiesrus has the cheapest and we always get coupons because of the Babiesrus rewards program.I hope that maybe that helps a little bit.
Hmmm, we started with Similac Advance and after a couple months we tried the Costco generic. ?We switched back quickly because I noticed it had bubbles everywhere in the bottle. ?The Similac never did that. ?So we stuck with the brand name and made sure to have all our family/friends send us their coupons : )
My ped. strongly urged us to stick with brand name because she said it was the only thing DS was getting nutrition from so why compromise that. Though, she also admitted she has never looked into it so this is based solely on opinion.
I took her advice and used my own thoughts too. I used brand name until DS was having enough solid food that I felt comfortable and then switched to Target brand.
