We got back a few hours ago. We had a GREAT time! We love Disney, so I was looking forward to it, but was very anxious about how Holly would do. She must love it too, because she was so, so good! :-)
She was great on her first airplane ride (slept most of the way, both legs). She also got way more out of Disney World than I thought she would. I know she won't remember anything, but she really seemed to love it! She adapted to being off her normal nap schedule and routine, and napped a lot in her stroller. She slept great every night in the PNP at the hotel. I really couldn't have asked for more from her. She has set the bar pretty high. Next time we travel, she'll probably be a disaster. hehe.
It was definitely a different kind of trip than any other we'd taken there in the past. We were now one of "those" people with strollers (which, ok, is 90% of the people there), so we were definitely slowed down by that (well, that and my slow moving IL's...hehe). There was a lot of parking the stroller, taking Holly out, riding a ride, and then putting her back in the stroller (and repeat). But she was a trouper. We were able to take her on a lot more rides than I thought we'd be able to. She rode Dumbo, It's a Small World, the Winnie the Pooh Ride, the Jungle Cruise, Safari ride @ Animal Kingdom, several of the "educational" rides at Epcot, and some other stuff I'm sure I'm forgetting.
Her favorite things were It's a Small World and the Lion King show at Animal Kingdom (she laughed and clapped the whole time during both of these!) And surprisingly, she LOVED meeting the characters! We weren't even going to bother with them, since they don't just wander the parks anymore--you have to stand in line to meet them. But we noticed Marie, the white kitty from the Aristocats, just standing alone in Epcot, so we gave it a shot. She shrieked and giggled and was just in love. It was so cute. :-) So then we did stand in a (short) line later that day to meet Mickey & the gang. I'm so glad we did. She also met Sleeping Beauty, who she wasn't impressed by.. I guess because she's a "real" person, not a huge stuffed animal!

Re: Back from Disney!
LOL--oh, this was during one of our many snuggle "naps" during the daytime. hehe... Holly loved wallowing in that big bed!
Glad you had a great time!!!
What hotel did you guys stay at?
We stayed at the Parc Soleil (by Hilton Grand Vacation Club--my IL's have a timeshare w/ them).
It was awesome!!! It just opened in May, so it was essentially brand new. I highly recommend it!
