I have this problem on and off. At the beginning, all I felt like eating was fast food burgers. So I did. Now it's better, but yesterday everything I ate tasted like crap. You just have to try something and find out if it tastes good to you.
Try a Carnation Instant Breakfast shake...those are a good way to pack in a few extra easy calories.
This is what I do. Nothing sounds good to me, and if I force myself to eat something, I get sick. Carnation is a tasty and easy balance. Doesn't fill a gnawing hunger, but I don't get that anyway. It does have vitamins and nutrients, especially if you pair it with a DHA-enhanced milk.
Also I've found yogurt and cheez-its to be easy, slightly-more-solid food.
I've been having toast with peanut butter or ritz crackers. Ritz crackers have been my friend for the last week. I haven't thrown up at all but have been very queasy. The crackers seem to help!
