Orange Drink

Well be sure to ask your doctor if you are supposed to eat or not before your glucose screening test. I was doing fine until about 30 minutes in and started to get dizzy and faint ..they had me lay down and then I got sick...I felt miserable. They went ahead and drew my blood after an hour and gave me some animal crackers. I feel great now, but seriously, I dont wish that upon anyone!!

    I hope you don't have to try the 3 hour drink, that was WAY worse.  I'm still waiting on my results.

    I'm actually kind of nervous about this. I thought I would be drinking the juice when I got to my appt, but at my last appt, my doc actually gave me the bottle with instructions. Well, it says to drink it 30-40 min before my appointment, and I get to my doctor's office on the train. So hopefully i don't get really dizzy!
