I'm being serious not snarky.
I just saw your post earlier about you not feeling well. I'm confused because you told us you have a sinus infection that you can't get rid of because you have reactions to the antibiotics. Is this no longer the case?
Sinus infections will give you a fever, cause sinus irritation, congestion, runny nose, and make your stomach feel like sh!t. Do you think that maybe that's what's wrong?
Re: Diane, about you not feeling well
Thanks for your concern. I'm seeing the Dr today. I was put on an antibiotic and tylenol sinus for my infection, and it cleared it for the most part. However I was still having ear troubles with a lot of fluid in them, so now I'm on medicated ear drops and they think the sinuses and fluids may have caused the ears to become infected. So i just feel like crap all around.
She wonders why no one takes her seriously on here...
Everytime someone brings up a legitimate point to her she ignores it. So yeah, it's really all for attention!
Yup!!!!
I DID respond.
also, 'ilovemyprince', i saw what you wrote in the 'diane has a new AE' post... we have all established that girl is not me. let it go already.
Really? That was kind of fast for you to get treated and, take the meds, and then feel better.

So they found an antibiotic that works for you? Ear infections can cause a slight fever and upset stomach as well. Ear infections suck, I hope you get past that.
If you would like people to begin to take you a little more seriously, you might try to avoid posting ailments for a while. It looks supicous and like it's all for attention when you post things that contradict past posts of yours.
I believe OP is talking about the sinus infection I posted about around Halloween. Asking if I was still having sinus issues from THAT.
I thought you were being serious and not snarky.
Enough already.
Yeah. Sometimes I get hives from one of them, sometimes I don't. So we figured the risks were worth taking to try and fight the infection. They just gave me a smaller dose for a longer course. The ear thing sucks, but I'm working on getting that better. My sinuses are never this bad. Its only gotten bad since pregnancy.
That's the one. In the post you said they couldn't find an antibiotic that you could take during pregnancy safely without have reactions to it, and typically if a sinus infection is to the point that you need to take antibiotics for it you can't pass it naturally, and you would be stuck with it till after delivery. So I assumed you still had a sinus infection.
I was talking about your post from last night. It was basically the same thing.

I was on antibiotics for 14 days. Just recently finished them. They got rid of most of the infection, but like I said, its all in the ears now. And yeah, it seems that when I take tylenol and use my ear drops, the nausea subsides, so i'm thinking its all connected. I'm so tired of being sick.
I typed that before Diane responded, I posted too quickly, sorry. Read the rest of the post, I am legitimately talking to Diane and not trying to bring her down.
I knew what you meant and wasn't offended. I understand that sometimes people get legitimate answers to their questions only to ignore them. I'm honestly so over the drama on this board. I've seen numerous 'posts, whines and vents' about people not feeling well, numerous times, even by the same person, and so many MIL posts by the same people that I could throw my computer across the room! However, I'm the one who gets chops busted for it, simply because of who I am.
As an FYI (honestly trying to not be snarky), there are dozens of different types of antibiotics on the market that all work in different ways and it's highly unlikely (if not impossible) that you are allergic to all of them.
Also, the ear canal and the sinus passages are close together and are connected in a way (not directly, but in a way). That's why children are more likely to get ear infections when they lay down right after drinking milk (the residual makes for some pretty good bacteria food).

Thank you for taking the time to explain. I really was confused by your post and thought that you might really be posting MUD.
G/L with the ear infection.
Thanks. I never make up drama. People just don't get the whole story, and they jump to conclusions and start their harassment. I appreciate your concern though!
