    I am not buying a play kitchen. I didn't have one when I was a kid but the neighbors did, but we never really played much with it. If I was going to buy one I would get a plastic one though.

    I would have bought a wooden one.  But MIL beat me to it and got plastic.  of course.  Plastic with battery operated bells and whistles is how she rolls =(
