H1n1 clinics... did you wait in line?

I was going to try and get myself vaxed yesterday.  But I saw the lineup and promptly went home.

Did you wait in line?  Are you getting it from your doctor?  Or will you go in a couple of weeks when the lines die down?

    I'm not considered "high-risk" so I couldn't get one yet even if I wanted to. I'm undecided if I'm going to get one when it opens up to the general population.

    I stood in line for 45 minutes to get a number, then went back.  I think they must have told everyone in line the same time because I ended up waiting 3.5 hours to get the vaccine...

    Actually, you would be high risk because your child is under 6 months.

    I went Friday afternoon. Took about an hour. The first 45 or so minutes I was in a general line and then I got to the point where they shuffled me into the high risk line, which took another 15 or so minutes

    I'm planning to go to the clinic next month when it's more widely distributed and the lines slow down a little.

    BTW, so happy there's a T.O. board now!

    i've tried to go a few times but the lines are still sooo long! i can't wait in a three hour plus line.

    I went today and there was no line up here.  I'm not in Toronto though, so that likely explains a lot.

    I just went to my family doctor.  They ran out before Dh got his so we are waiting until his workplace holds a clinic.  I figure the line up for the shot is where one would get the fu :)
