Making peanut butter clusters was a bad idea

I told DH that I was apparently trying to make up for all of my pregnancy weight tonight.

I ate so many because they are oh so delicious and now I have a tummy ache. Crying??

    that sounds delicious.... care to share your recipe?  ive never made them before... now could be a great time to start!!  haha!! :D

  • Peanut Butter Clusters:

    1 c Karo Syrup

    1 c sugar

    1.5 c (smooth or crunchy) peanut butter

    4 c Frosted Flakes or Corn Flakes

    a dash of vanilla extract

    --Mix the sugar and Karo Syrup and bring to a boil. Let it boil for 1 minute.

    --Add in the other ingredients and mix well.

    --Spoon "cookies" onto wax paper and let them cool. You could also poor the mix into a cake pan and cut them into squares.

    Notes: This recipe works best when you have all ingredients ready to go as it is harder to mix as it cools.
  • Ooooh that happens to me when I eat Reeses. Pre-preg I never had a problem but now I get all crampy and gassy. Where is that dessert post you were talking about? I would love that recipe to make tonight.
