long shot for sure... but any of you in the metro area have a broker/mortage guy to recommend? we're interested in taking advantage of some nice refi options, but our current guy is a snake in the grass.

    damnit! I was counting on you!

    We're totally stuck using this dude again, or we'll have to gather up all the bullchit papers again (stubs, tax returns, etc.) and have ANOTHER appraisal done... etc.

    I hate this guy. He's sneaky. Davez says "who cares, he's saying us $100 a month and we can skip a payment. For nothing. "
