I have my appt on wed, just to reconfirm. With my 1st, I told everyone after my doct appt. I didnt wait.

I plan on probably doing the same, MIGHT wait until Thanksgiving only because I will be with my entire family and then spill it to the my inlaws the next day.

IDK, so hard NOT to tell.

I'm waiting until Thanksgiving. I'll be far enough along by then that I'll feel safe telling. We're going to put DS in a "Big Brother" t-shirt.

With DS we waited until I was about 12 weeks. This time it was about 6 weeks. We've had a really crappy couple of years for both our families and wanted to pass on some good news for a change. Personally, I think people get way too uptight about not telling people.

We were originally going to wait till Thanksgiving but ended up spilling the beans early. I did however wait to tell the rest of our friends and my coworkers till after my first appt which I am proud of.

I just got my BFP yesterday - I think I'm 4.5 weeks along. I'm hoping to wait until we hear the heartbeat to tell co-workers and non-immediate family. I'm not sure when I'll tell my parents.

DH already blabbed to his mom this morning, but she understands the risk as she's had several m/c, and promised to keep quiet.

I have m/s already, so its going to be hard to keep quiet at work - they know what I was like last time with m/s, so I think they'll spot it quickly.

this is #3 for us - we're going to try to wait til xmas. I'll be 12 weeks exactly on xmas. It may be hard if the belly starts popping out too much between now & then though!!

My 8 week appointment is the Monday after Thanksgiving. I plan on waiting until at least then to tell. I wanted to wait until Christmas, but my belly is already starting to pop out....

We couldn't wait. All of our immediately family and close friends received phone calls only hours after I got BFP. I plan on waiting until at least the first appointment on Thursday or maybe even until we hear the heartbeat to tell extended family. I'll wait as long as possible to tell coworkers, boss, etc.

I told close family and friends right away and this week I told my co-workers and boss. I teach at a HS and I heard a rumor from one of my co-workers that some students know...so it won't be long till EVERYONE knows!

We didn't wait with the first one and it seemed to take forever so this time around we are waiting until Thanksgiving in hopes that it goes by faster.

We got a special Big Sister tee-shirt that we're going to put Charlotte in.
