Twins spent 1st night in crib last night! whew!

They have been in the arms reach cosleepers in our room since they came home... and we just didn't want to move them- we loved being able to see them, sooth them without gettingo out of bed if needed, etc.

But alas- Gibby is getting way too big- and they are starting to roll- so had to move them.

First night went well! Gray slept like a rock through the night - Gibby woke up 2 x's and went right back to sleep when i gave him his paci back-- he's got a cold so woke up coughing both times... other than that- i think they both loved their cribs!

I think we were more sad than they were :)  Our babies are growing up too fast!!

But it will be really nice to have all that space back in our room once those cosleepers are gone! (we kept them in just in case it didn't go well last night... probably take them out next weekend)

    Yes x2 Yay for for Gray and Gibby.

     I got mine to nap in their cribs 3x this weekend.  AT THE SAME TIME!!!!

    My twins sleep on an extra bed in our bedroom but we need to use that bed for guests at christmas so we will be transitioning then.

    It makes me sad, but hopefully our transition goes smoothly as well.  They dont seem to mind napping in them.

    I lay them down when they are really drowsy and rock them slightly with my hand on their tummy. The fussy baby gets the seahorse.

    That is great news. I wish that we kept one pac n play in our room a little longer in case one of them had a bad night. Mine won't even consider napping in their cribs. They nap in their car seats. I know ... someone can call social services at any time.
