OMG on top of everything else!!! I cant bend at all without having pain!!!! How do you bend. I tried the squatting but my hips are having no part in that!
I dunno, but I need to figure out how... I'd like to have my toenails painted before I go into L&D at least. But I keep putting it off. I really should do it, b/c unlike packing my bag, that is one thing I highly doubt I'll be doing while in labor. lol
LMAO - I just started to realize I have def. changed my ways when it comes to bending over. If it is to pick something up I use the one-leg-out-behind-me method and so far it is okay. Unders/pants I get one leg in and up enough to then lean against my bed to get the other leg in and up and then I can pull them up from there. I'm glad my students have started to take pity on me anytime I drop anything and pick it up for me!
When I try to bend over to put on my socks, LO is in the way and I can't bend far enough anymore. I usually end up contorting my body into some strange position in order to get my socks and shoes on. Thank God for flexibility!!
I tend to squat, then fall on my butt, and then call out for my husband to help me up off the floor. I can put on pants/skirts/tights/boots OK, but DH definitely has to help me take them off. I can't bend that way right now. lol
I don't bend. At all. DH trims my toenails for me (that's love), I have only worn regular socks and shoes like twice this whole pregnancy, and anytime I need anything from the floor I squat with my legs spread apart on either side of the bump! I will never take the luxury of bending over for granted again!
DD has one of those robot claw toys, so thanks to that I am able to elimintate bending, unless I have to bend in order to pick up the claw, then I'm screwed. We got the robot claw at the dollar store, I highly reccomend this, it ranks right up there with the snoogle on my list of pregnancy life savers.
Re: How do you bend!
Haha. Thats awesome.
I usually have to spread my legs, lock my knees, and let my belly roll between my legs...I'm sure it looks like pure grace...
Um... I don't. I can't. Literally.

Usually red faced and with a loud grunt! Its really ridiculous!
