Great Pre-Natal yoga in ventura!

I just went to check out this yoga studio in Ventura called Yoga Jones, and i loved the pre-natal class they have at 9:00am on Saturdays. The woman who taught the class was so intuitive. The class was pretty small, only 3 moms-to-be and the teacher, so there was lots of personal attention for each mom. i would recomend it to all the other bumpies out there.
