H1N1 Vaccine - Single Dose

Does anyone know of where we can find a single dose H1N1 vaccine, that is one without the preservative, Thimerasol.  Cook county only provides the multi-dose vaccines, which contain Thimerasol.  Thanks for your help!

Re: H1N1 Vaccine - Single Dose

  • Are you looking for you or for your kids?  If the kids are under 9 they need two doses (about 4 weeks apart) of any H1N1 vaccine they get (nasal, thimerasol free, or with thimerasol).  My kids got the nasal spray because they are both over 2 years old.  The nasal spray does not have thimerasol in it.  It is very hard to locate the mercury free one.
