s/o bras in early preg

Although I am asking as a newb...I have been sleeping with one b/c my boobs are huge and sore but a friend told me this is bad and I should use a tank with a shelf bra built in at night. Any thoughts?

    I would wear what you are comfortable in. But to tight is probably not good. I bought some cheap sports bras at Walmart and wore those for most of my pregnancy. I could never find tanks with shelf bras that fit.

    I really don't think this is going to cause any problems during pg.  I slept in soft cup bras all during pg.

    Using a bra that is too tight during breastfeeding can contribute to clogged ducts and mastitis, but this is not a problem during pg.
