I just got the dvd- yesterday I did an hour of prenatal yoga after the workout. Today I did the workout and went for a run. I like that the workouts are short because it gives me no excuse to be lazy. On the other hand, I don't feel like that's all I should do for a workout.
I have this video and have been using it about once to twice a week since I found out I was PG. I usually do at least 2 of the 3 workouts for each trimester per workout so if you do the warm up, plus month 4, 5 and 6 then the cool down, you're looking at almost an hour of working out. It's not high intensity at all so I don't find this hard and can usually do either a half hour on the elliptical or something else for some light cardio. I like the video, the only complaint is there is alot of changing from weights to bands to balls and the trainer helps her set up but you're doing it alone so once in a while I have to pause it to get ready and then play it or rush to get in place.
I would recommend it for someone who was working out with weights before pregnancy for sure!
