  mine's a little more "fluffy" when I'm sitting. I'm 30 weeks currently and its been like this for several weeks. It'll get harder as time goes on and baby gets bigger!

  I have noticed this week that my belly never disappears anymore. It would almost completely go away when aying down, but now I still have a beach ball even when flat on my back.

  Mine is rock hard all the time, it's weird. I think baby is pressed up hard against it.

  I started with about an inch of fluff, its hard when i stand, soft when i sit or lay down..... i have pictures in my blog, link in siggy to give you an idea of my build

  Mines been hard as a rock since about 30 weeks. I was pretty thin to start with. But this makes recognizing BH's a lot harder since my belly is always super hard.

  Mine varies. It can get really hard when I'm standing up if I've been really active or just eaten a meal.

  It's not too different when sitting or standing.

  Mine tends to get harder when I sit down. I'm pretty short and have no torso whatsoever, so I think I tick the little guy off when I sit and he runs out of room.
