How many times do you try to find out what is wrong before if feels pathetic? I am having this with a friend right now and I don't want to be smothering but I also don't want her to think I gave up...WWYD?

    If she wants to talk she'll talk.Call a couple times and just leave her with "if you want to talk you can call me" so they ball is in her court.

    Well, think of it this way -- if she is the one being cold to you, hasn't she already given up? I have a friend who I have tried to get together with multiple times since having DS and she has met him once. She always cancels. Now, I just don't care. It was probably around five cancellations that I just stopped caring. She obviously stopped caring so I did too.
