nasal aspirators - anyone ever use the electric ones?

DD gets some mean boogies...I mean seriously I have no idea where they come from.  And to get them out is a full out wrestling match with that stupid bulb aspirator.  Two nights ago it took me, DH and several rounds with the aspirator before we got it out and by then she was WIDE AWAKE.  So...I'm thinking a more dependable aspirator would do the trick?  Anyone had success with something fancier than the bulb syringes?  If not any tips for us because clearly the boogies are winning in this house.

    I swear by the battery powered nasal aspirator. It works wonders. Misting some saline up there 15 minutes prior to using the sucker works really well too.

    I love mine.  No way could I do it when she was asleep, but it works fast and easy.

    I have the Graco one that plays music, I spray some drops in there and use it, it's awesome!!

    I've used it. It works well but kind of freaks DS out, so I usually use the regular one instead.
