  first you need to upload the pic to somewhere like photobucket.

  then copy and paste the direct link url into the box on www.tinyurl.com

  then take that url and put it in the signature box (in your profile) using this code, take out the *

  its too big.  take that same code and do this:

  <*img src="tinyurl.com" width="250"*> 

  you can adjust that 250 number until it is the size you want
