i came out to someone at work....

...and now i regret it! i was talking with a girl that i used to be bff with (she stopped talking to me when i started dating my dh) and she was telling me her brother and sil are having twins and they had done fertility treatments but didn't know what kind. i asked her a couple questions and told her they probably did ivf. then i was so happy so was actually talking to me again i told her about my issues. now i am afraid she will tell everyone. i know she has talked about me and dh in the past. ugh i wouldn't care except we work with all guys. i am such an idiot!

    i am going to try and talk to her before i leave. but i have a feeling she won't listen. she spread a rumor when i first started dating dh that he was abusing me. it was a moment of weakness b/c we used to be so close. i miss it.

    I have the same situation. My friend and I used to be really close but we've slowly drifted away since she's had her son. Now she talks about me to everyone else and tells everyone at my work about our IF and my PCOS. It's so embarrassing!

    I catch myself telling her too much, it's just so easy because we used to be such good friends.

    It's really hard to not say anything.
