Newbie question!

Hi everyone I am new to here but my DH & I I loved the knot so we thought we would do think during TTC.  I just have some questions what are all the lil sayings like I know TTC is trying to conceive but I am lost with the other ones.  Also this is our first time with TTC with ovulation tests.  We used the dollar store ones just because we really didn't want to spend the money on the other ones but they do work!!  I got the double line today, its says that the LH surge is apparent, now does that mean I'm ovulation or I am going to ovulate? Just thought I would ask :)

    Usually you ovulate 12-36 hours after your LH surge.  So have lots of sex the next few days.

    Your +OPK means you should ovulate within 12-36 hours so get sexin'!!

    The test line on an OPK must be as dark as the control line...otherwise it's negitive.

    once you do get your positive opk, you may ovulate in 12-36 hours.  Opks can not tell you if you are going to for sure O.  To know for sure, you need to chart your Basil Body Temp!

    Thanks ladies!!! Yes I am from Macomb I grew up there, but we just moved to Chesterfield which is like 10 mins away :)
