does anyone know how to...

Block people from being able to make posts on your facebook page??? the word is getting out and i would rather not have people posting messages on my facebook page until after the NT scan and we know everything is good....I know someone had posted the instructions a few weeks ago and i didn't write them down. Help!!!

    I don't know if you can block individuals, but you can go into your privacy settings and block all people from writing on your wall. They can only write comments on things you have posted or they can message you.

     

    Edit: If you go to privacy settings and then profile, you can select the function "only me" for wall posts so that only you can see what is written on your wall

    I don't know how to block, but I do know that you can remove anything that is posted on your profile. I had to remove quite a bit before we told. One of my pg friends had no clue what posting too much meant... LOL

    Yes you can... they can't write or see your page, or when they search for you, they can't even find you, it is very nice lol....

    Log into your facebook, on the top right hand corner there is your name, a thingy saying settings, a thingy saying log out and a search bar. Scroll your mouse over settings, don't click on it though, a little list will appear, click on privacy settings. It will open your privacy overview... on the lower part of the screen it will tell you how to block a person, either by their name or by their email address, it will then search that person as if you were searching for a friend, then click on that person, and it will block them =) very exciting! lol

    You can block specific people.

    - Go to: https://www.facebook.com/#/privacy/?view=profile

    - Scroll down to "Wall Posts"

    - In the drop-down menu, select "Customize"

    - Type the person's name under the "Except These People" section.

    Be sure to save your changes!

    You can check to see if it worked by going to the same link above.  Then, type their name in the box at the top that says, "See how a person views your profile".
