  We only have fish.

  But if it says anything, I am now the owner a second fish tank that I had been begging for for at least a year. It arrived the day after my m/c.

  Special Snowflake here.

  We agreed on getting our cat.  I want a dog, but we agreed it we'd wait until DH is done with the military and we're in our forever home before we get one.

  DH likes pets, but if I didn't want any, he'd be totally fine with that.  I came with a cat, so he had no choice there...though he is very affectionate with her, so I think he likes her more than he lets on!   He feeds her, but all the "gross jobs" are mine.  I also want a dog, and he's ok with that too...but again, the "gross jobs" will be mine.
