I've never been a huge fan on this concept. I just prefer getting my whole workout done in one shot. However, I want to try to incorporate more stretching and other types of exercises I've read about in my Fit Pregnancy magazines. At this point, though, I'm getting up at 4:50 AM to get my run in, so I'm not willing to get up any earlier. So, I'm thinking of doing my "other" exercises in the evening...is this weird?
