At B's friends birthday party a mom said this is how to figure out how tall they will be:
Take the average of your height and DH/SO's height and add 2 inches for a boy or subtract 2 inches for a girl.
B is supposed to be 5'6". If we have a girl she's supposed to be 5'2".
Re: How tall will LO be? (predictor)
B is apparently going to be 5'7.
Of course it makes no sense. There are plenty of families out there with multiples of the same sex who are different heights and have the same parents.

I don't think I buy that. DH's parents are average height. DH is way taller than his dad, his one sister is taller than their mom and one sister is barely 5' tall. My sister and I are both a few inches shorter than our mom.
I have heard that if you double a child's height at two that's a way to estimate how tall they'll be. DD1` would be 5'8" by that estimate, which makes sense since she's on the tall side for her age but not huge. I was always tiny and am just over 5' as an adult.
