  A great resturant by us has something called a Mexican Roll...I am sure it is just for this place, but it has cilantro and other yummy stuff in it.

  Hamachi is my favorite sushi, hands down. For rolls, I like the standard spicy tuna or salmon skin.

  I love hamachi, but we recently discovered toro (fatty tuna)...I feel all warm and fuzzy just thinking about it.  I'm not sure I can ever eat "regular" tuna sushi again.  But the price -- ouch.

  My fav is Soft Shell Crab (Spider Roll) but its not good everywhere, when it is good though its SO GOOD!!

  Second is Yellowtail Sashimi.

  Third is Spicy Tuna Roll.
