Having a meltdown (pity party)

I am having a rough day....I am not sleeping well, I am almost positive I have a sinus infection, and my m/s is killing me.  I started Zofran Monday night and it worked wonders the first 24 hours, now it isnt working and I feel defeated.  My dh is being an a** right now too and I feel like I dont have anyone to vent to. Pity party for me!
