Do you use the cleaner and / or the water repellent?

everyone is telling me to condition them before wearing, but I'm not sure what to get / how to do it.

My SIL told me that I should. I even borrowed her spray to do it, but I never did! My Uggs have been fine.

I sprayed mine to "waterproof" them but we get a ton of snow here. I'd say they would be fine as long as you don't soak them.

I need to get the spray from a shoe store b/c the snow starts coming- I'm just going to get a standard waterproofing spray. But I've already been out a couple of times in the rain and the boots fared just fine.
