    Yes me too! after 2 years our computer stopped working.  It would have been more expensive to have it fixed so we bought a new one.....BUT not a Dell.

    I love their customer service... you talk to people with very heavy accents named "Bob" and "Laura" and "Jim." We all know its outsourced... who are they fooling?

    We're done with Dell. They lost our laptop and it was a nightmare trying to get them to fix their mistake.

    haha I have a Dell technician here at work right now fixing a laptop that the previous technician that was sent out broke when she was 'fixing' something.
