Not sure if this has been posted - Fort Hood Protest

The a holes that protest soldiers' funerals?  Yeah, they are coming to the memorial service for those at Fort Hood.  Pisses me off.

    Those people make me sick to my stomach - the message they preach has got to be the most unChristian like message I have ever heard or come across in my life.

    There people are horrible!!! They came to a couple high schools in my hometown while I was still in school and stood across the street and held up signs and shout obscenities because there were a handful of guys that were homosexual.
    They are horrible people and I don't understand how they could do something soooo cruel and preach that it is Christian.

    It's not Christian in any way, shape or form.  Christ was loving and accepting to EVERYONE and that is how we are supposed to be if we claim to be Christian.  Ggggrrrrrr

    They are this horrible religious group Westboro Baptist Church (not affiliated) and run by Fred Phelps and his awful kids.

    From Wiki:

    The organization is known for picketing at public events and funerals, often those related or peripherally related to gay people or soldiers in the military.

    The group carries out daily picketing in Topeka (purportedly six per day with fifteen on Sunday[7]) and travels nationally to picket the funerals of gay victims of murder, gay-bashing or people who have died from complications relating to AIDS; other events related or peripherally related to gay people; Kansas City Chiefs football games; and live pop concerts. As of March 2009 the church claims to have participated in over 41,000 protests in over 650 cities since 1991. [8] One of Westboro's followers estimated that the church spends $250,000 a year on picketing.[9]

    Why would they protest the Kansas City Chiefs?  Do they wear pink or something? 

    And why protest soldiers in the military?  Dear god, with all of the issues at Ft. Hood already, those people are going to be VERY lucky to leave alive.  Very lucky indeed.
