I am fixing a really yummy dinner tomorrow night. I think the original recipe called for a slow cooker half the size of mine. I use mine anyway without adjusting the cooking time, no probs.
Tomorrow, I am doubling the recipe and bringing half to a friend of ours. Do you think I need to account for the doubling? Will it take longer? Or should I just cook it at the normal 6-7 hours on low?
I can't imagine the rice and chicken wouldn't be cooked just fine after 7 hours of cooking, even if it's doubled.
