This is just sad. There is no way this is from some normal dermatological procedure. What's to explain the light colored contacts and the straightened hair? Self hate is not attractive.

    I freaked out when I saw those!  Someone came out and said he is doing laser treatments for all the sun exposure over the years....so obviously not the case.

    Don't be so judgemental. One of the lesser known side effects of steroids is pigmentosis.   He probably had spots all over and needed to get that *** evened out.
