I am coming down with a cold, I can just feel it. For some reason I think I remember that Sudafed dries up your breastmilk. I'm only nursing once a day, so I really don't want to risk drying up over a cold. Thanks.

Yep, it's used when people want to wean.

I'd use nasal irrigation and stay away from the meds.

I used a Vicks inhaler and it didn't affect my supply. Sudafed will though.

My OB said it was fine but to drink lots of water.
