  I just called my OB-GYN about this, and the nurse said it's safe to take Mucinex, Robitussin DM, and Claritin D while pregnant.  Thank goodness because the Neti Pot was not cutting it for me.

  I just went to the dr. yesterday after suffering for 3 days and running a slight fever..they put me on safe antibiotics- dont suffer if the over the counter stuff doesnt work!
