baby weight at 20 week ultrasound

How much did your little one weigh at the 20 week ultrasound? The doctor told me that I was having a boy and he measured about 14 ounces. He also told me that he was a big baby, ot fat, just big. My husband is 6'2" tall and I am 5'7". We were told he might possibly be a nine pound baby. Woah!

In some pregnancy books I've read, I saw that at around 20-21 weeks the baby weighs around 9-10.5 ounces.

Sounds like a healthy baby boy to me! They predicted that my first was going to be over 9lbs by his rate of growth near the end but he was only 7lbs13oz so don't worry yet Wink

Gia weighed 9 ounces at my 19 week Anatomy Scan. My SIL's baby weighed 14 ounces at her 20 week scan. She makes big babies though.

mine was 13 ounces at 20 wks 1 day and the doctor said her growth was perfect. i asked if she was bigger than average because my ob said i was going to have a long baby.. and he said no, she was growing perfectly. ?

We had our u/s at 19w3d and were told she weight 0.8lbs which is about 12.5oz. My OB didn't say anything about her size and said that most babies weigh 1 lb by about 22 weeks. I'm fully prepared for a big baby though. I'm 5'8" and DH is 6'5". We were both over 9lbs at birth.

The ultrasound tech said he weighs about 12 oz. My DH was 9 lbs and I was 6 lbs 2oz! God I hope he does not turn out to be 9 lbs at birth! Tongue Tied

At my 20 wk 3 days he was 13oz. The doctor didnt say anything. At my 24 week appointment though when i was measured the dr said i was measuring a week ahead so baby could be bigger or may not be. I was a 9lb baby but Dh was 7 lbs and were both shorter were not tall at all. I am hoping less is more for me!

my twins weighed around 12.5oz and 13oz at the 20wk scan. Sounds like I have some big babies for twins - whoo hoo!!!!
