DH wants Chili... I never make it! I think I am one of the only people in the world that doesn't have "my chili" recipe. To me, chili and corn bread would be replaced by a good salmon and couscous... but I will be a good wife and let DH have his bachelor dinner!
I am looking for something that I can used ground turkey in.. we like spicy not sweet (yuck) and other than that all else is fair game!
Anyone want to share?
Re: All of you TTC Chefs....
Farking. Bump.
Anywho, I will delete those in 10, but as I was saying. I like White Chili with turkey, and I think I got the recipe on the Food Network site. Let me see....

I just realized how unhealthy this one is, though. I made it last month, and I was in a mood to say screw you to my waist, I think. It was amazingly tasty, I must say.
Oh good Lord girl spit it out!
Like Allison suggested, I do have a recipe for White Chicken Chili. It can be as spicy as you want, and it's easy. Let me know.
It's not very traditional...so I don't know what your DH will think, but I've got one.
Hey, I am the best g'dam Bump Fart victim on TTCAL....
Center Stage has been brought up, by me, and this line will be used many times today. Everyone settle in.

I also have a good one in my blog.
I love this chili from cookinglight. It calls for sausage and sirloin, but I 've done it with all ground beef, or with ground turkey. I usually up the spices - especially the cumin, and add a can of green chiles and some diced jalapenos for heat. you can also substitute a bottle of beer for the wine.

I make turkey chili all the time. Here is what I do
ground turkey, one can red kidney beans, one can black beans, one can stewed tomatoes, chopped up celery, mushrooms, chili powder and a little cajun seasoning.
I throw it all the crock pot for a few hours. You can add in any veggies you want. It is simple and yummy.
