    Yes it's ok but I don't know how many per day.
    DD 6/17/08, DD 6/9/10, DD 12/15/11
    BFP 5/24/13 - Natural MC 6/7/13
    BFP 8/13/13 - Natural MC 8/27/13
    Ovarian Mass = removal of left ovary & tube 9/13
    BFP 4/24/14 - Tubal Pregnancy 5/7/14
    Removal of  ruptured right tube 5/8/14
    IVF or adoption??

    Yeah it's ok.  I'm a nurse and we would normally give one in the morning and one at night.  What does the bottle say?  You could also call a pharmacy and talk with a pharmacist and they can tell you.

    Im a nurse too....funny I have to ask!  I am taking BID, but the bottle doesnt say!  I bought a generic kind and for the life of me I cannot find the dosing.  Not even under the label.

    My OB says 2 capsules plus full glass of water at bedtime. that's what I take every night.

    I have the Kroger brand - the bottle says 2 per day.  Someone posted on here a few days ago that you could take 3 per day safely.  I've been taking 2-3 each night for a week with a glass of water and this morning I finally had relief! 

    Someone also said to keep taking it daily even after you go because otherwise you'll just have the same problem again.

    It depends on how many MGs each pill is. ?My Doc said 200mg per day was ok. ?For my pills that is two, but in some brands that is 4. ?
