someone please explain 30day shred

I have comcast and theres the 30 day shred level one and level two do i do level one for 30 days? or am i missing the whole point of the shred by only doing level one untill it becomes easy and move to level two? do I have to buy the actual DVD to get the real results that im looking for or can i just keep doing level one for 30 days?

  • I have the DVD!  Just do Level one 10 days or until you're ready to move up to level 2!

  • Agree with PP. After 10 days or so level 1 will get easier and you will want to move on to level 2 just to start working different muscles and get a more challenging workout. I have the DVD and love it. Jillian is tough though!
  • I have the DVD and I've just been rotating through the days. Level 1 on day, Level 2 the next, Level 3 the next, back to Level 1, etc.
