It would make it 2 days later, REALLY. But I don't think it's a big deal. I O'd on CD 15, but I'm not worried about one single day's difference.
If the 2 days bugs you, you can just lie when you fill in your LMP. Make it 2 days later than it really was. If they ask for the dates of your last 2 MPs, make sure you adjust accordingly.
I o'd 2 weeks later due to a procedure I had done. I used the EDD that FF said. My dr went by LP, but when they did an u/s to date the pregnancy, it was 2 weeks behind - exactly what I thought.
I wouldn't stress about 2 days, though.

The likelihood of you actually giving birth the day you're due is pretty low, so I wouldn't worry about two days. If it makes you feel better, tell people a different due date than the dr. gives you. The baby will do what it wants regardless.
My edd was 6-7 based of LMP, but today they changed it to 6-11 based off the ultrasound measurements. Since I didn't get a + hpt until later, I'm sure I implanted late and the tech said that could account for the 4 day discrepancy.
