Word of warning for those who are intending to take small children: don't. The is not the typical Disney animated movie- it has moments of sincere creepiness. It opens on the dead face of Jacob Marley and that's not even close to the darkest scene. We're friends with the managers of the WBT theatre and they've had to post a note behind ticket sellers warning of the strong imagery of the film because so many parents came out of the film (especially the 3D version) after 15 min with crying children and demanding their money back. It's rated PG, but we all agree that it should probably be PG-13.
Re: DH & I saw " A Christmas Carol"
I did notice that on the most resent ad it dose say " some parts may be scary for children"
