What is your music volume in the car?

When you are alone?  I keep it really low when J is in the car.  When he's not with me I'm a blaster.  You can probably hear me coming from down the street and I'm surprised I haven't gotten a ticket yet.  I only do it on busy streets though.  Never residential, if that makes my shenanigans any better.

    pretty low volume gal, I don't like a lot of noise. If there's a really good song on that I want to sing to I'll go crazy and turn it up a few notches.

    With C in the car it's medium. Alone it's super loud. I sing at the top of my lungs either way :)

    OMG I am such an old lady reading everybody else's response. Is it bad that the majortiy of the time I'm listening to NPR anyway and who blasts talk radio?

    Without DD in the car, I pop the Elmo out of the CD player, replace it with some angry girl music or DH's old school rap, and crank it up.  It makes me feel like a carefree grown up againStick out tongue

    Hmm...I should admit that my original response only applies maybe 50% of the time.  The other 50% I switch over to NPR, which also makes me feel like a grown up, just a slightly more socially responsible oneWink

    I don't like when it's too loud, so I keep in the low- to mid-volume range. DH is the opposite, and whenever we switch cars, I always have to turn the volume way down. The worst is his iPod, though; whenever we run together and both wear our iPods, I can hear his music over mine. Now that's loud.
