I know she will be happy for us, and they had their first month trying last month--so they COULD have news for us too, but I kinda feel weird telling them today. I know they will be excited and shocked (we didnt tell them we were trying)

You should definitely tell her and be excited about it. Don't act like you're walking on eggshells around her BUT after you tell them, let her drive the conversation. Yes, she will probably be very happy for you. But it's also REALLY hard to have people around you get KU when you are trying after a m/c. So let her ask the questions, and if she seems like she doesn't really want to talk about it, don't force it. And don't think that that means that she's not excited for you guys. She just might need some time to process it. But that's my experience -- she might be a stronger person than me!
