Offical OB Appt!

I am pretty excited about tomorrow.  I have my first appointment with my OB.  Because I am new to the area I was a little nervous about who to go to but I did a lot of research and I am excited about my doctor. 

 My husband and I went to a meet and greet last week and tomorrow we do all the official stuff.  

Any suggestions on what to expect?  I think I am good on questions and things I need to know.  

How was your first appointment?  Was it pleasant or did you leave concerned?  I love to hear your stories!

    Mine is tomorrow too. My SIL is 8 months pregnant (almost) and I am going to the office she has been going to. I know I will be having blood drawn, urine test (maybe), internal exam, and pap smear. I'm hoping they will do an ultra sound but they probably won't. I also know we are meeting with their financial/pregnancy educator...

     I'm excited!

    A lot of people here have different experiences with their first appointments.  You will most likely answer a lot of family questions, get an interal exam, they will feel your belly, you may pee in a cup, get your arm ready because you will give a lot of blood.  Some people get an ultrasound.  I get a mini with a handheld device.  So no pictures to take home.
