  I've had a back ache since before my BFP and it's still going! No worries. DH even bought me a pregnancy pillow because the pain bugs me a lot at night.

  I had some dull lower back pain last night and I was worried it might be my kidneys...after a while  it went away, I stopped worrying and it hasn't returned since...I wonder if it may have had something to do with the fact that I went out to dinner last night and had 3 HUGE glasses of water....

  its just your uterus moving and stretching and as this happens, everything else is moving around. your stomach, your bowels, everything. it could also be gas. I have it every now and then too... my BFF is a nurse prwactioner in an OB office. she tells me all this stuff!

  I have the same thing.  Everything is moving and shifting, and your uterus is growing and putting more weight and pressure on your pelvis, which affects your lover back.  I have pain in my entire back, it feels like nothing even lines up anymore!  But it's bearable, and I'm sure just a sign of everything growing and moving.
