That's it - 2009 is officially going in the trash can

DH's cousin, who I posted about on Friday (went back into the hospital for lung cancer complications - she's all of 28 years old) passed away early this morning. So, that confirms it - 2009 is officially the shittiest year. Aside from our 3 pg losses, I also lost my grandfather and now DH's cousin.?

    Wow- that gives me some perspective on my life.  Sorry for all your losses this year.  Hope 2010 treats you better!

    So sorry!  I was praying for a miracle for her.  Try to take comfort in the good memories.

    P.S.  I secretly think 2009 was pretty craptastic,  too.

     I'm so sorry it's been a tough year for you. I completely understand. The past few years have been tough for me and my dh as well. We've endured a lot in our marriage--including us separating, and both of us being laid off from our jobs, his g'pa passed away, my g'ma was diagnosed w/Dimentia, my MIL was diagnosed w/bone cancer.....

    it just seems so unfair.....life in general----but I try to remember, God has a plan for all of us.....I have to put my faith in Him!

    I am so sorry for your loss.  I hate 2009 and am so glad it is almost over.  Thoughts and prayers to your family.
    DD(9)DD(5.5)DS(3)DS(born 2/1/11) July 2006, lost a baby at 8 weeks, natural miscarriage , May 2009 lost Zoe Eliana at 17 weeks no reason known, possible under developed organs. Lost two more babies in September 2009 at 7 wks 4 days. Had myomectomy surgery to remove a large fibroid in November 2009.

    I'm so sorry to hear about everything you have been through this year. I'm also convinced that '09 svcks. I'm thinkin we'll all be good though, b/c 10 is my lucky number!

    Oh I am so sorry. It seems that when it rains it pours. But 2009 is almost over (good riddance!) and I am hoping for a better year for you in 2010.

    Oh Colleen, I am so sorry, I went through this a couple of months ago with my cousin who was 25, he passed within months of finding out about his rare stomach cancer and it's just not fair.  I hope you can find peace in her passing that she will not be in any pain any longer.  Hugs!

The other was HIS FATHER  2 days ago!!! And on top of that, DH friend's mom has been very sick....::::knock on wood::::...they say it comes in threes. May your DH's cousin rest in peace!!!
